The Wildcat’s own Kim McCullough will be inducted into the Leaside Sports Hall of Fame on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Kim IS Leaside sports. She has been a foundation of Leaside girls hockey for close to 30 years.

Starting as a preteen, playing with the Wildcats in the early 90s’, McCullough has represented the Leaside community at the highest provincial, national, and collegiate athletic levels, as a member of a historic group that established professional women’s hockey in Canada, and as an educator, instructor, and coach over the past 15 years.

Kim McCullough has always returned home to Toronto, where she has established her business, Total Female Hockey and coaches our Midget AA and Junior Wildcat teams.

McCullough represents the ideals of girls youth hockey including learning and leadership, being a strong contributor to the community, programming, and leading by example. McCullough lives these principles daily.

The Leaside Sports Hall of Fame ceremony will be on Friday November 15, 2019. The Hall of Fame is looking for student volunteers. If interested, please contact us at info@torontoleasidewildcats.ca. If you are interested in tickets for the event, please visit Leaside Sports Hall of Fame website.
