FUNdamentals Program

Ages 3 to 5 (birth years 2014 to 2016)

Designed as an initiation program and running from September to March, Fundamentals is for girls with no hockey (but preferably some skating) experience.

The program is led by professionals with help from older Wildcat volunteers who team up to ensure the sessions are skills-based and FUN. The weekly sessions are just 40 minutes long (with a 5-minute break at “half time”) to ensure that beginning skaters get the most out of their time on the ice and improve to the best of their potential over the course of the season.

All participating players will be required to wear full hockey equipment so that they can enjoy a safe, amazing, and FUN introduction to the hockey experience. Jerseys and socks are included in the cost of the program.
